Harmonies & Hope
A singing workshop with nature, community and active hope
(FULLY BOOKED: Join the waiting list)
Charity donation: pay what you feel (99p - £15)
Held by Martha Tilston and Andy Raingold

Sunday 9th March (10.30am - 3.30pm) at Loveland, Penryn
Join us in nature to sing in community and dream into the future that we each long for.
Why?
Coming together and singing is good for the soul.
We are constantly surrounded by stories of our struggles as a species - narratives of destruction, harm and disconnection. These voices are loud and ever-present. But how often do we pause to imagine what a more harmonious, flourishing future could look like? While honoring the depth of the challenges we face, our intention is to come together with open hearts and minds, and to envision and nurture something profoundly different. Join us around the Hope Fire, where stories and songs can spark new possibilities. Who knows what might arise from the warmth of our shared radiance?
What?
There will be:
• Song improvisation - gently and positively led so that anyone can join in.
• Practices to activate hope - including dreaming into a future 200 years from now where we have rewilded our land and ourselves.
• Time and space to connect with nature to nourish and replenish.
• Opportunities to reflect and share with others.
• Connecting to insights and inner wisdom to take forward into your life.
• A big dose of depth and lightness.
• Bring-and-share lunch and smiles.
