"A transformational experience to find your edges and slowly and safely push them."
-
"A truly powerful experience of connection, contemplation and revelation."
-
"An immersive journey to witness my own unfolding within the arms of nature."
We invite you to the wild edges…
where transformation takes place. Our Nature Quest is an adventure into the depths of nature and your inner knowing. Together with a supportive community of fellow questers, we will slow down and attune to nature’s rhythms, step over a threshold into the unknown while holding our deepest questions, and dream into how we can offer something more true, bold and beautiful to our communities and beyond. It will be a creative, soulful and restorative journey of becoming into the places where we feel most alive.
The heart of the experience…
is a 24 hour solo immersion on the land with no tech or distractions. It is a rare and profound opportunity to listen deeply to nature and the murmurings of your soul. As one previous participant said, this is a unique space for “deep listening and close observation of the nature that surrounds us as well as the nature within us, blurring the lines and recognising our interwoven existence and interdependence.” From this deep listening and sense of interconnection with nature, extraordinary things can arise. We can't know what this may be. It will be different for each and every one of us. There are likely to be times when you are right up against your edges and times when you are in full loving surrender to the wonder of life. The key ingredient is passionate curiosity.
Why now?
This is a powerful time to be alive. Many of us are asking how we can meet the multiple challenges we face in a way that generates the hope and renewal we desperately need for ourselves, our communities and our living planet. Many of us are feeling called to re-imagine the very foundations of who we are and how we live our lives. We believe that answers can be found by coming back to our ancient home of deeper connection and alignment with the natural world. And that from a more resourced and connected place within our own being, our actions in service to others and all of life can grow and flourish in unimaginable ways.
Is it for you?
Are you actively nurturing the transformation you long for in the world? We have so much potential and capacity to inspire the change we want to see - but often don’t make space for the inner listening from which our full potential can grow. This retreat is for anyone wanting a pause from the fast-paced modern madness to seek wisdom and guidance from nature - both within and outside ourselves - while being supported by experienced facilitators and a like-minded community.
What will we be doing?
Day 1: Landing. Together we will start settling into a slower natural rhythm, meeting each other and orientating ourselves to the land.
Day 2: Connection. A shared exploration of our intentions and questions, supported by deep listening practices and opening up our senses.
Day 3: Severance. We will leave our human community and cross the threshold into 24 hours of solo nature immersion where transformation awaits. This is a space for deeper knowing where we can encounter subtle insights and seek guidance from the more-than-human world.
Day 4: Return. We will be welcomed back by the community with a sense that something in us has changed, sharing our stories and honouring the nature that has been holding us.
Day 5: Integration. We will seek clarity on our insights and explore how we might go forth from this place in a meaningful and impactful way.
We hope you will you come away with…
Personal Transformation: Coming into deeper relationship with yourself, others and the natural world as a source of personal growth and change.
Professional Transformation: Bringing fresh inspiration into your work and projects, and deepening into courageous action in the world.
A feeling of being refreshed, rejuvenated and inspired by the natural world.
Tools and techniques for deep listening, inner knowing and opening your awareness that you can bring into your life.
A deeper relationship with the web of life and nature’s wisdom.
The support and friendship of a like-minded community.
